• The number of teeth on tools can be increased – for example from 20 to 40 teeth on a thread mill of Ø 53mm. Aside from the better surface quality, this does double the production, that means 50% shorter process times.
• A minimum radius of 0.03mm for concave forms is possible.
• Highly-complex tool forms can be produced on in one form.
• Topping of the forms can be made, this helps to have no burs.

• We can grind form cutters (Disc- and shank type) in the radial and axial direction, which is extremely advantageous on one-sided profile forms.
